A Pandemic Is A Terrible Thing To Waste...

The Covid-19 pandemic has given us no choice about change. Instead of rushing back to business as usual, churches might take the opportunity afforded by the pandemic to ask questions about what new things the Holy Spirit might be calling us to be and to do. How might we lean into the adaptive challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic? How might we learn practices that move us into sustainable missional leadership and change? How can church leaders stay present, mentally healthy, and spiritually grounded? We have been thrown into this adaptive change moment. While we may have known, pre-pandemic, that we need to adapt we now have no choice. Change is happening whether we want it or not. This one-day, online workshop, led by international leaders in congregational change, will give faith leaders and churches tools and practices to help you understand your unique challenges and begin to discover God’s preferred and promised future for your church. We will deliver three benefits to those who attend a workshop:
  1. Tested and proven practices for making peace with adaptive change while leading during this time of pandemic.
  2. Personal and communal practices organic enough for all members to learn by doing.
  3. A time of restoration, safe space, and spiritual grounding.

Saturday, September 26 is the Canadian version of the workshop, but it will also be offered online from US venues on later Saturdays in the fall.

Discount for groups: unlimited number joining Zoom from one location or maximum of 6 joining individually.
