Comic Relief!

Four major churches stood on the four corners of a major city intersection and were all plagued by the same problem — squirrels.

No matter what they tried — trapping, exterminating, sealing up all possible entry points — none of the four denominations could get rid of the varmints.

The Roman Catholics decided if they sprinkled them with Holy water and said the Rosary, their problem would be solved. It wasn't.

The Pentecostal church figured that speaking to the pesky rodents in tongues would fix the matter once and for all. It didn't.

The Baptist church held a revival meeting and called upon the squirrels to make a commitment to the Lord. They didn't.

The Anglicans, however, had learned from their mistakes. They decided to baptize the squirrels, and now they are only seen in church at Christmas and Easter!
