Every Friday in Lent During Lent, the Parish of The Six Saints in the Moncton area will hold a service of Stations of the Cross at 6 p.m. every Friday. They will alternate between St. George and St. James churches. On Friday, Feb. 27, it will be at St Georges, and each week a layreader or deacon will reflect at one of the Stations.
Saturday, Feb. 28, 12 noon Eat-in dinner at St. Luke's Anglican Church Hall, 12 Quispamsis Road, Quispamsis. Menu: Salmon, baby potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and dessert with tea or coffee. Tickets: $25 and limited to 60 only. Please contact Terry at 847-7609.
Saturday, March 14 Dessert & Mystery Auction Evening at Holy Trinity Anglican Church 2 Hammond River Rd, Quispamsis! Enjoy yummy desserts followed by a Mystery Auction with Mark Allaby & Pat Hanratty as auctioneers. Desserts served in the Church Hall at 6 p.m. with the auction at 7 p.m. Come join the fun! March 21 and onward Grief, Loss & Life Transitions 7-Week Program with Rick Benson, grief recovery specialist. This program will be held at Holy Trinity 2 Hammond, Quispamsis from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. then will continue every Wednesday starting March 25th until April 22nd from 2 to 4 pm. Must pre-register by calling 506-647-8170. There is a $50 registration fee.
