Saturday, Nov. 15, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. St John the Baptist ACW Christmas Bazaar, 28 Woolridge St., Riverview. Kitchen menu: tea and coffee, cinnamon rolls, soup, chili, rolls and pie. Bake table, preserves, crafts, books, puzzles, games and Christmas corner. Free admission.
Saturday, Nov. 15, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Christmas Tea and Quilt Show at St. Mary & St. Bartholomew’s Church, 646 Westmorland Rd., Saint John. Crafts, gifts, silent auction, baked goods. Sandwiches and sweets will be served. Adults: $10; children (12 & under): $5. Tickets available at the door or by calling the church (506-696-1347).
Sunday, Nov. 16, 2 p.m. Happening at Trinity, Saint John: a second recital by Michael Molloy with the program based on specific panels of the seven-light Kempe window, and commentary will be offered on the music chosen to augment the Christ story Kempe so ably fashioned. Fee is $20. This is a fundraiser for Trinity Saint John’s great east window.
Sunday, Nov. 16, 2:30 p.m. The 17th annual Sounds for Sigowet benefit concert, silent auction and reception will be held at St. Paul’s Rothesay. The concert will feature John Buckley, Alberto Duran, Kevin Langford and Rosemary Drummond. This concert is in support of orphans going to secondary school in Kenya. Tickets are $25 ($10 for students), and available by calling 506-847-1812 or 506-849-2414.
Nov. 21 & 22 Trinity Saint John’s semi-annual book sale, and the annual Christmas craft corner, will be staged in the Bennett Room. Open Friday from 4-6 and Saturday from 9:30- 12:00.
Saturday, Nov. 22, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Annual ACW Christmas Bazaar and Lunch, at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 62 Church St., Petitcodiac. New-to-you and baking tables, soup and sweets for $12. Take home soup or sweet plate for $5. All proceeds go back into the community.
Saturday, Nov. 22, 9 a.m.-noon All Saints (St. Andrews) ACW Christmas bazaar. Baked goods, books, new-to-you, raffle basket, jewelry, fudge and Christmas items will be available. Tea, coffee and baked goods will be served. All Saints Parish Hall, 75 King Street, St. Andrews.
Saturday Nov. 29, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Christmas Community Lunch & Bake Sale at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 2 Hammond River Road, Quispamsis (next to the bridge). Nov. 30, 4 p.m. The Archdeaconry of Moncton will hold its annual Service of Lessons and Carols for Advent at St. George's Church Moncton (corner of Church and Queen). Archbishop David will be in attendance; all are welcome to begin your Advent journey here. Any interested choristers are invited to attend practices at St. George’s on Nov 22 and 29 at 10 a.m. All voices are welcome.
Saturday, Dec. 7, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Annual Christmas Tea at Kingston Parish Hall. $15 per person. There will be a Christmas “New to You” table. Hosted by the Anglican Parish of Kingston.
