SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPERS — TUESDAY, FEB. 17

Christ Church Cathedral, 4:30-6:30 p.m.    Cathedral Memorial Hall, 168 Church St. Fredericton. MENU:  pancakes, sausages, and beans followed by gingerbread with toppings. Coffee and tea will be available. Admission through free-will donation. 

St. Mary York, 4:30-6:30 p.m.  All Saints and St. Mary's are hosting at St. Mary's parish hall, 780 McEvoy St., Fredericton. MENU:  pancakes, sausage, beans and gingerbread. Free will offering at the door.

Trinity Church, 5:30-6:30 p.m.  115 Charlotte Street, Saint John MENU: pancakes, sausages, baked beans and ginger cake. Charlotte Street doors open at 5 p.m. Free-will offering.

St. Paul’s, Hampton, 4:30-6:30 p.m.  486 Kennebecasis River Road, Hampton. MENU: Pancakes, sausage, beans, gingerbread. Donations welcome and appreciated.

St. Luke’s Woodstock, 4-6 p.m.  Our world-famous pancake supper is back! MENU: Pancakes with real maple syrup, sausages, beans, coffee and cakes. Adults, $10, child $5, family $30. Dine in or take out. For takeout, call 506-328-4304.

St. Paul’s, Rothesay   MENU:  pancakes, baked beans, sausages, gingerbread, tea/coffee. $10 adult, $5 child 12 or under, $25 family rate (2 adults + children). Stone Church, 4:30-6:30 p.m.  87 Carleton St., Saint John. Come and eat with us!

Parish of Portland, 4-6:30 p.m.  Pancake supper at St. Luke’s Church, Main Street in north-end Saint John. Adults $12, children 4 to 10 years $6, and 3 and under free. MENU: pancakes, sausages, baked beans and gingerbread with real whipped cream; tea, coffee or juice.

Parish of Fredericton, 4:30- 6:30 p.m.   Hosted by Christ Church Parish Church, 245 Westmorland St., Fredericton. MENU: beans, sausages and pancakes, including a selection of homemade desserts and hot/cold beverages. Free-will donations appreciated.

Parish of Salisbury and Havelock, 4:30-6:30 p.m.   Hosted by the ACWs of St. John’s in Salisbury and St. Andrew’s in Petitcodiac. Menu: beans, pancakes, sausages, selection of desserts, tea, coffee or juice. Price: $12 for adults; $6 for children under 10; $30 for a family. This event takes place at the Petitcodiac Legion.

Parish of St. Andrews, 4 - 6:30 p.m.  MENU:  beans, sausages and pancakes (plain or blueberry), gingerbread with whipped cream and tea/coffee. Gluten-free options available. All Saints Church Parish Hall, 75 King St., St. Andrews. Admission by donation.

Parish of Stanley, 4:30-6 p.m.  at the rectory in the Parish of Stanley. 

Parish of Kingston, 4:30-6 p.m.  MENU:  pancakes, beans, sausage and gingerbread with whipped cream. Free-will offering at the door. Kingston Parish Hall.

Parishes of Waterford, St. Mark’s & Sussex, 4-6:30 p.m. at St. Mark’s, Needle St., Sussex Corner. MENU: pancakes, sausages, beans, cakes. Free-will offering.

Friday, February 13, 7-9 p.m.   Valentine Trivia Night, hosted by the Youth and Family Ministry Committee at All Saints, Parish of St. Andrews. Prizes, snacks, and fun! All Saints Church Hall, 75 King Street, St. Andrews. All are welcome! 

Monday, Feb. 16, 5-7 p.m.   Pancake supper at Parish of Riverview, St. John the Baptist Church, 28 Woolridge, Riverview. MENU: Pancakes, sausages, baked beans, tea, coffee, dessert. Free-will offering.

Saturday, Feb. 21, 9:30 a.m.   Parish of Grand Manan Lenten Retreat led by Kurt Schmidt, at the home of the Rev. David and Esther Smith, 16 Seaside Lane. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2-4 p.m.  The Parish of Wicklow, Wilmot, Peel and Aberdeen will host a retirement party for the Rev. Bob LeBlanc at the Florenceville Community Hall, 8696 Main Street.  Light snacks will be provided. Come and wish Bob well on his new adventure.

Monday, Feb. 23 , 1 p.m.   Senior men's circuit facilitated by Paulette Haines, personal trainer & fitness leader. Learn how to move through a Daily Activities for Living (DAL)-inspired circuit with stations designed to strengthen your core, upper and lower body strength, and improve balance. Paulette can modify or enhance any station to match your abilities, insuring you feel supported and challenged at the right level for you. 
This program runs until March 2 at Holy Trinity Church Hall, 2 Hammond River Rd, Quispamsis, NB. Cost: $50 for 10 weeks. Pre-Register by calling 506-647-8170.

Monday, Feb. 23, 2:15 p.m.   Men's healthy aging workshop facilitated by Paulette Haines, personal trainer & fitness leader. The workshop will consist of six one-hour sessions. Each session will have education and coaching that will provide you with the tools for maintaining strength, mobility, balance and range of motion. Topics include nutrition, fall prevention, social engagement and mental health.
