Living during the pandemic has been hard on our mental health.  Levels of stress, anxiety and depression are on the rise.  Perhaps you or someone you love are struggling with mental health issues.  How do you recognize the signs of a serious problem?  Is there a way you can help? 

Speaker: Lisa Cheney - a Community Education Coordinator with Canadian Mental Health Association of NB.

Lisa is one of 13 Community Education Coordinators sprinkled around the province of New Brunswick.  She has been employed by CMHA of NB for the last 4 years enjoying every minute of it.  Her role with CMHANB is to provide services to Charlotte County such as presentations, programs, support groups, workshops and advocacy for all ages living with mental illness or those in search of mental wellness.  Lisa is also a warden for St. Mark’s Anglican Church in St. George and has been involved in Teens Encounter Christ for a number of years.  In her previous years, she enjoyed being the facilitator of pre and post-natal programs, mentoring at the local high school and supply teaching. She continues to share her passion through the promotion of mental health for all.
