Ever feel like your parish is having the wrong conversations?
Or that even if you were having the ‘right’ conversations, you and others would experience pain & conflict as you had them?
From October 28th to November 1st this fall, you can join Steve Young and Bill Bickle as they unpack how to have the most relevant and necessary conversations. Steve Young, of FaithCARE, has a masters in Restorative Practice from the International Institute for Restorative Practices in Bethlehem, PA and has conducted hundreds of circles while a school principal. Bill Bickle is the Canadian National Partner for Natural Church Development (NCD) since 2009.
Clergy and lay leaders will find this training productive, especially if they can come in teams. You will leave with practical tools and concepts based on principles found in nature, empirical data, and Scripture. You will learn ways to focus your team and parish on the most important issues in a safe and productive manner.
