The Church of St. James is part of the new Parish of the Six Saints, formed April 1, 2024 by amalgamation of five parishes in and around the City of Moncton. The other church locations in this new parish are:
St. Andrew, Moncton (Sunny Brae)
St. George, Moncton
St. Mary, Hillsborough
St. Alban, Riverside-Albert
The sixth church building, St. Philip, Moncton, was deconsecrated in 2025 and sold.
