Congratulations to you Bishop David. You've certainly earned this position and I'm sure you will be on the road a lot once this Covid-19 had settled down and we can resume our "new" normal. Thank you for all you are doing and especially your daily talks which have made me think, made me laugh and made me cry on different occasions, all good though and my husband and I look forward to them. To say times are easy would be highly improper and although we are a small group (20-23) at "Bell Ringing Service with a Few Readings and Prayer" at St. George's in Bathurst, we are energetic and most thankful to have at least that to look forward to on Sunday. Warmest wishes and please stay safe, Sharon & Pat

Congratulations Bishop David! This is definitely good news for the Anglican Church in Canada. The church has always needed wise and intelligent leaders along with being Godly. However, in this time of social unrest with so many negative comments directed toward the church, our need is great for leaders who can give gentle, clear and biblical responses to those who have little to no understanding of what the Church of Jesus the Christ is all about. I encourage all Anglicans to uphold our brother in prayer, for surely the enemy will target him for special attention.
