At the November 29 meeting of the Diocesan Council, it was agreed that a special session of Diocesan Synod would be called after Easter to discuss the future of Christ Church Cathedral, given the mounting costs of necessary repairs. Greater Chapter meetings, open to all Anglicans, will take place in each archdeaconry in March.

- Member Attendance Survey
- Survey will be available in March 2026 once all parish annual meetings and delegate elections have taken place. Its purpose will be to let us know who will be attending the session and if special accommodation (e.g., accessibility or dietary) is required
- Certification of a Synod Member | List of Parish Elected Lay Delegates and Substitutes
- Drafting a Resolution
- Any member of the Diocesan Synod can get a motion before Synod so long as it relates to the temporal concerns of the diocese, and in this case, the subject of Christ Church Cathedral. Please assist the Resolutions Committee in processing your motion by sending it in early rather than just before the synod session.
