The Anglican Parish of Madawaska has the same boundaries as the civil parish called Madawaska.
The previous church building (also named St. John the Baptist and pictured here) was destroyed by fire in September 2014. The current building was dedicated in August, 2015.
The building is also the official place of worship for the United Church in Edmundston, replacing the former St. Paul's United Church.
