Ministry Foundations is a year-long formation and orientation program for newly ordained clergy, newly licensed missioners, and clergy who are new to serving in the Diocese of Fredericton.
Formation Days provide space for practical learning, spiritual and personal formation, conversation, shared reflection, and connection with others serving across the diocese.
Participants are expected to make these gatherings a priority as part of their ongoing formation.
