THE WELL
Diocesan Formation for Thriving Ministry

Program Overview

The Well is a diocesan formation program designed for newly ordained clergy, newly licensed laity, and new clergy or lay leaders serving in the Diocese of Fredericton. Drawing from the wisdom of experienced leaders and the real-life needs of parish and community ministry today, The Well supplements traditional theological education with practical skills, spiritual formation, and contextual understanding.
