At the request of the Diocesan Council, the Cathedral Bishop and Chapter, or a Parish Corporation, the Bishop of Fredericton may grant approval for the purchase or sale of property within the jurisdiction of the Bishop of Fredericton. All property sales and purchases require the consideration and recommendation of the Diocesan Property Committee under the authority of the Finance Committee, the approval and Seal of the Bishop and the Seal of the Secretary of the Synod.
